Advanced Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Inspections
We operate two state-of-the-art ROV units to meet your exact project specifications. Utilizing the latest underwater robotics technology, both our Deep Trekker DTX2 and DTG2 ROVs come equipped with color HD cameras, high-output LED lighting, depth, heading, and water temperature sensors, and a 2-function robotic grabber as standard features. The DTX2 is equipped with 4 vectored thrusters and is rated to operate at depths down to 1,000 feet (300 meters). The compact DTG2 utilizes 2 thrusters, is rated to 400 feet, and features the same reliable HD camera and grabber system as its larger counterpart.
The smaller DTG2 is ideal for shallow water inspection work and confined space entry where it is unsafe or impractical for a human diver—such as potable water storage tanks and narrow pipelines.
The robust DTX2 is designed for deeper, open-water missions including underwater surveys, infrastructure inspections, and object recovery in challenging currents. The DTX2 can also be quickly outfitted with a Tritech Micron Sonar device for specialized acoustic imaging projects.
Both ROV units are fully portable and can be deployed on location within minutes of arriving at your worksite.
